No. Connection Specialists are independent W-9 subcontractors. You work from home on your own schedule, complete a W-9, and manage your own taxes. When you apply, you’ll review and sign a simple agreement that’s just a declaration that you’d like to work with us as a W-9 subcontractor.

Once a client you refer signs and pays their first invoice, we send your 20% commission through Patriot Software by direct deposit within 30 days, and again each time they pay. During onboarding you’ll get an invite to create your My Patriot account (mypatriot.com) and add your direct deposit details. Be sure to set that up, we can’t pay you without it.

Talk about what you do. LinkedIn is the top platform for reaching business owners, Facebook business groups work well, and email and phone are great for following up. You’ll also get a personal sales page to share.

When you apply, you’ll review and sign your W-9 subcontractor agreement, and we’ll email you a signed PDF copy for your records. We review every application personally and reach out within 1 to 2 business days to onboard you with next steps, including an invite to set up your My Patriot account for direct deposit.
